His aim is that we be transformed, sanctified, freed by the truth of his revealed word (John 8:32; 17:17). So the second stage of God's will of command is the discerning application of the Scriptures to new situations in life by means of a renewed mind. God is all-knowing (1 John 3:20) and all-present (Psalm 139:7-13).
Ephesians 1:11 teaches God is the One "who works all things according to the counsel of His will." Job 42:2 affirms, "I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted." Spirit is the opposite of body, something that is not limited by a body. The Bible declares that God is Spirit, that He is not limited to body, shape, force or boundaries.
